제74조(관리처분계획의 인가 등)
① 사업시행자는 제72조에 따른 분양신청기간이 종료된 때에는 분양신청의 현황을 기초로 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 관리처분계획을 수립하여 시장ㆍ군수등의 인가를 받아야 하며, 관리처분계획을 변경ㆍ중지 또는 폐지하려는 경우에도 또한 같다. 다만, 대통령령으로 정하는 경미한 사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 시장ㆍ군수등에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2018.1.16>
② 시장ㆍ군수등은 제1항 각 호 외의 부분 단서에 따른 신고를 받은 날부터 20일 이내에 신고수리 여부를 신고인에게 통지하여야 한다. <신설 2021.3.16>
