제16조(정비계획의 결정 및 정비구역의 지정ㆍ고시)
① 정비구역의 지정권자는 정비구역을 지정하거나 변경지정하려면 지방도시계획위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. 다만, 제15조제3항에 따른 경미한 사항을 변경하는 경우에는 지방도시계획위원회의 심의를 거치지 아니할 수 있다. <개정 2018.6.12>
② 정비구역의 지정권자는 정비구역을 지정(변경지정을 포함한다. 이하 같다)하거나 정비계획을 결정(변경결정을 포함한다. 이하 같다)한 때에는 정비계획을 포함한 정비구역 지정의 내용을 해당 지방자치단체의 공보에 고시하여야 한다. 이 경우 지형도면 고시 등에 대하여는 「토지이용규제 기본법」 제8조에 따른다. <개정 2018.6.12, 2020.6.9>
